Your keypad code opens the front door and Room C for your whole stay, day or night. You have full use of the shared bathroom, hallway, and on-site parking area. The backyard, laundry, and the other guest rooms are not available to guests.

A 1920s Spanish bungalow in downtown San Jose, officially designated a Structure of Merit, restored with modern comforts. The home is divided into private guest rooms, each with its own keypad lock, sharing a front entry, hallway, and one full bathroom. Room C is the former living room: a queen bed against a wood slat wall, a decorative fireplace with mirror, an antique writing desk, a bar-height table for two, a smart TV, a coffee bar with mini fridge and microwave, and a wardrobe. Exterior cameras cover the parking area and walkways; none indoors.

Other Details to Note

This is a shared home with a few other guests in private rooms, so expect occasional footsteps or doors in the hallway. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. No smoking anywhere on the property, and no visitors who aren't on the reservation. A noise decibel monitor (no audio recording) helps keep the home peaceful for everyone.
