You'll have the entire 2-bedroom home to yourself: both bedrooms, the full kitchen, the bathroom, the in-unit laundry, and the private gated backyard with patio seating. Your dedicated on-site parking space is included, with an optional second space and a public accessible space out front when available. Your smart lock code works for your whole stay, so you can come and go freely.

Sleep soundly on a king in the primary and a queen in the guest room, both with soft bamboo pillows, and use the genuine-leather sleeper sofa for extra guests. Step outside to a large, private, quiet gated yard with a cozy patio and outdoor seating; it's easy to forget you're downtown. Getting around is a breeze: we're very close to I-280 and near Hwy 87/101, so driving anywhere is simple. The home is professionally cleaned before each stay and stocked with fresh linens, toiletries, and essentials so you can settle in and feel at home. Parking One dedicated on-site parking space (easy in and out), with an optional second on-site space available first-come, first-served. There is also a public disability/handicap space directly in front of the house (first-come, first-served). Check-in Fast, contactless self check-in with a smart lock keypad. Your personal door code is sent through the Airbnb app on the morning of arrival, so there's no key or lockbox and you can arrive on your own schedule, day or night. Message us anytime and we'll respond quickly. For your safety, the home has 24/7 exterior video surveillance. Please list the correct number of guests in your reservation and notify us through the Airbnb app if anything changes.

Other Details to Note

Pet owners: please walk your pets rather than letting them relieve themselves in the backyard. Pet urine damages the garden plants and roots, and we want shared areas to stay clean for everyone, so please always pick up after your pets. We love helping guests make memories, so you're welcome to host a small get-together if you let us know in advance. Please message us with the exact number of people visiting or staying, and respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of consideration for our neighbors. Please bag your trash and take it out so the cans don't overflow. Trash pickup is Monday, and we may charge an additional cleaning or excess-trash cost if the cans overflow well before pickup, since we then have to haul and dump it ourselves. Please do not put trash in the recycle bin, or pickup will be refused. Please note we're in a lively downtown commercial area within walking distance of San Jose State University, so you may hear some street noise from foot and car traffic.

Downtown is easy to navigate on foot walk to SJSU, San Pedro Square, SoFA, and the Convention Center. For longer trips, nearby VTA Light Rail and bus stops connect across the city, and Diridon Station offers Caltrain/Amtrak/ACE service up the peninsula. Rideshares arrive fast, and scooters/bikeshare are often available. If you’re driving, the driveway fits 2 cars, with a public accessible/handicap space directly in front (first-come, first-served). You’ll have quick freeway access to I-280, Hwy 87, and Hwy 101, and SJC is a short drive away.
