The studio, its bathroom and its fenced patio are yours alone. You'll come in through a shared back gate, then your own patio gate, then your door, which opens with a smart lock. Your door number is posted beside the door. The backyard (lawn and patio area) is shared with guests of the back units; it is not private. Check-in is from 3 PM and checkout is by 11 AM. Self check-in is with a smart lock. Your check-in instructions are sent before arrival. For same-day bookings, message us if they have not arrived.

The sink and vanity are just outside the bathroom door, in the studio. Coffee bar (not a full kitchen) - Mini fridge, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and coffee maker - Coffee provided, plus cutlery, a knife and a cutting board - No stove or oven Outdoors - Your own private fenced patio with outdoor seating and a small table. - The backyard (gated lawn and patio area with string lights) is shared with guests of the back units, not private Heating and cooling - Your own mini-split heat and AC with its own remote; you set the temperature Laundry - Washer and dryer on site, shared with other guests This compact studio is approximately 200 sq ft (18.58 m²), with a separate private fenced patio.

Other Details to Note

- This is one of several separately rented units on the property, so you may see other guests on the shared path and lawn. - Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM, including on patios and the shared lawn. - The studios use a special drain system, so only toilet paper goes in the toilet. Trash cans are provided for everything else (see House rules). - Exterior security cameras on the front of the studio building view the walkway, gates and area beyond. There are no cameras inside the studio. - Parking is street-only and first-come. It usually gets tight after 6 PM, so plan a few extra minutes to find a spot. - Pets are welcome, up to 2 per stay, with no weight limit. The pet fee is $30 per stay. Service animals are exempt from the pet fee.
