Your keypad code opens the front door and Studio A for your whole stay, day or night. Inside your door, everything is yours: kitchen, bathroom, and living space. You also have use of the on-site parking area. The front entry and hallway are shared with a few guests in private rooms; the backyard, laundry, and other rooms are not available to guests.
Good to know
A 1920s Spanish bungalow in downtown San Jose, officially designated a Structure of Merit, restored with modern comforts. Studio A is the former kitchen and dining room, now a self-contained suite: a full kitchen with gas range, French-door fridge, dishwasher, and quartz island with seating for two; a queen bed with nightstands and a wardrobe; a desk with smart TV; and a private bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower. Your keypad-locked door opens off a shared hallway. Exterior cameras cover the parking area and walkways; none indoors.
Other Details to Note
The studio is fully private behind your door, but the front entrance and hallway are shared with a few other guests, so you may hear occasional footsteps or doors. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. No smoking anywhere on the property, and no visitors who aren't on the reservation. A noise decibel monitor (no audio recording) helps keep the home peaceful for everyone.
