Your room offers a comfortable queen bed, dining table for two. The room suite also includes a dedicated office space, perfect for working remotely. Outside, enjoy the shared backyard with fruit trees (pomegranate, orange, grape, lemons) and garden, fenced patio with lounge seating and garden planters; perfect for coffee or an evening wind-down. Inside, you’ll find: - Fully stocked coffee bar with mini fridge, microwave, water filter pitcher, electric kettle, etc. - 50 inch Smart TV and blazing-fast mesh Wi-Fi - Workspace space with desk, and comfortable chair - Comfortable Wade Logan leather chair with ottoman and dining table set - Comfortable queen bed with pillows - Fresh linens, toiletries, and hotel-style essentials Shared Bathroom and Kitchenette Shared with one other room is a newly remodeled bathroom and a kitchenette, equipped with all the essentials you need for an extended stay. Bathrooms stocked with essentials: toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and hairdryer. The room is professionally cleaned before each stay and stocked with clean linens, toiletries, and everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Easy Check-In You’ll self check in via keyless entry for the main door and lockbox for the room door. Entry to the main door, unique virtual key will be generated automatically for the duration of your stay. The key will be valid starting at 3:00pm of the check-in date and expired at 11:00am on the check-out date. To unlock the door, press the "Schlage" logo, then enter the pin and twist the lock clockwise to unlock. Then lock the door when you exit, press the "Schlage" logo turn the knob to the left to lock. Entry to the room via by lockbox. Please confirm your reservation, review the check-in instructions, and send any questions beforehand, especially if you expect a very late arrival, as we may be asleep. Safety & Security The property is equipped with video surveillance 24/7 around the perimeters of the house. Make sure to put down the correct number of guest who will be staying with you in the reservation and informed us through Airbnb app if there are any changes in advanced.

Unsolicited Visitors For the safety and comfort of all our guests, please let us know the correct number of guests who will be staying or let us know if you have visitors. Any unsolicited visitors will be considered trespassing. Parking Street parking, there should be plenty of parkings in the neighborhood before 9 pm, please don't block the driveway. Just a quick note: the room has lower ceilings, so it may feel a bit cozy or tight for guests taller than 6'6" (about 2 m). We are very close to the airport, occasionally we can hear the plane if our windows and doors are opened. For our pet owners, please bring your pets for a walk instead of potty in the courtyard. The pee will kills the plants’ roots, we also don’t want to have other guests accidentally step into the poop. To be a good neighbor, please pick up after them whenever they go.
